Roof Repair

Customer had a leak in the roof that was coming from a deck that was not installed properly.

New Roof

We removed entire shingles down to the decking. Customer requested the plywood to be changed also. Customer had a chimney block chimney which was exposed, so we covered it with wire mesh and 2 coats of cement.

Chimney Rebuild

Rebuilt his chimney in November of 2014

New Siding and Porch

Removed old siding completely.

Installed new insulation and siding.

Old wooden porch removed.

Installed new concrete porch with stone front.

New fiberglass columns.

1) All Windows changed in 2nd Floor and wrapped in white aluminum.

2) Roof shingles removed on main roof down to decking.

3) New Timberline HD Lifetime Warranty. Color Slate Shingles.

4) Insulation installed new siding installed. Color Desert Sand.

6) New 5 inch Seamless Gutters and leader pipes installed all around house.

7) Floor on the first floor stripped down. Repainted and glossed.
